Please do not talk or whisper during the performance. With our wonderful acoustics, you will only want to listen. It is impossible to talk or whisper without disturbing people around you. It can also be annoying, disturbing and distracting to the performers.
Make sure your phone is turned off before the performance. Even phones set to vibrate or in 'silent' mode can be distracting to other patrons.
Cameras, mobile phone cameras, or any video or sound recording devices are prohibited inside the auditorium. Recording images or sound can infringe copyright as well as distract the performers and other patrons.
Food and drink are available for sale before the show and at intermission. We ask that any garbage is deposited in the appropriate bins.
There are no specific dress standards at the Souris Show Hall. Casual is probably the best advice.
Doors to the Souris Show Hall auditorium usually open about 20 minutes before the advertised commencement, but arriving at the theatre before then is probably a good idea. If you haven’t bought your tickets, there may be a queue at the Box Office, so allow some time for this. Performances start promptly at the advertised starting time, so make sure you arrive in enough time to be seated – latecomers may not be admitted into the auditorium until a suitable break in the performance so they do not disturb other patrons or performers.
Seating is not allocated and works on a first come basis.
Smoking is not allowed in any part of the Souris Show Hall, and not within 4 meters of any entrance to the building.
There is one designated wheelchair parking space beside the Hall entrance. On-street parking is available in the vicinity.
There are a number of wheelchair seats available for performances at the Souris Show Hall. Please advise the Box Office staff when booking your tickets if you need this service.
